Ok. I have totally neglected this blog….for more than a year. I have been torn as to whether to keep posting this blog…I read somewhere that a blog can be a waste of time when you really should focus on income producing activities. To hell with it. I waste my time almost every time I get on the Internet. For right now, I am just going to post whatever I feel like for all 1 visitors to my blog.

Right now, I have a multitude of interests and yet again, need to focus. Here are some things I have been thinking about working on or are currently working on:

Start SEO freelancing business/online marketing business – I really like learning about SEO and SEO content writing…. man, I’m such a geek. I would like to start out by testing my knowledge on my own sites and then helping friends out with their sites/businesses.

Start Amazon FBA business – I have always been interested in selling books online, but I am just not sure if this is a viable business to start nowadays with the rise of the ebook. I know there will be people who will want to read actual books and not ebooks, but I have read it’s a harder business to get into these days.

Start Real Estate Wholesaling Business – I have always been interested in real estate and have been following Steph Davis and Sean Terry. I have read Steph Davis’s Flip This REO! ebook and have listened to many of Sean’s podcasts. They both provide awesome content and Sean truly motivates you.

Start Adsense Sites – I have always followed the blog Adsense Flippers and Niche Pursuits. These guys will tell you everything you have ever wanted to know about creating Adsense sites. They lay it all out for you. What more could you ask for?? I have started doing research for some Adsense sites, but part of my is hesitant to pursue this since Adsense is your sole source of income for these sites. However, I know they won’t be my sole source of income since I plan to diversify, so I am going to begin some sites.

I also purchased Long Tail Pro to help me to build Adsense sites, along with just researching keywords. It’s an awesome keyword tool, even better than Market Samurai (at least in my opinion).

Start Affiliate Websites – Another thing I have been working on is setting up an affiliate site based on Steve Scott‘s Affiliate Marketing Without the BS. It is a detailed course on how to really set up a sustainable affiliate marketing business. It has been kinda slow going for me because I struggled with what niche to go into, but I have finally decided on the niche and will buy my domain name.
